🔹 Open Positions:

1. Cafeteria Cook

We are looking for a versatile cook with experience in preparing a variety of local and international dishes, including breakfast items, snacks, and full meals. Must be fast, hygienic, and consistent in quality.

2. Barbecue (BBQ) Chef

An expert BBQ chef is required with full command over grilling techniques. Must know how to marinate, grill, and serve meat dishes like kebabs, tikka, grilled chicken, etc., over charcoal or gas grills.

3. Roti Maker (Tandoor Chef)

We need a skilled roti maker who can operate a tandoor to prepare fresh tandoori roti, naan, kulcha, and similar breads. Experience with traditional clay ovens is essential.

4. Paratha Maker

Looking for a paratha specialist who can prepare various types of parathas such as plain, stuffed (aloo, chicken, vegetable, etc.), and layered parathas. Must work quickly and maintain taste and texture.

📋 Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant position
Must be hardworking, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous Gulf experience is a plus
Cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained at all times
