📋 Job Description:

As a front desk staff member, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, managing deliveries, and ensuring smooth service operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders at the counter using POS system

• Manage delivery orders through Talabat platform

• Serve food and beverages to dine-in and takeaway customers

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle basic customer inquiries or complaints

• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

• Collaborate with kitchen and service team for timely order preparation

🎯 Requirements:

• Must hold a restaurant visa

• Basic Arabic speaking and understanding skills are required

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast food environment is preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

• Must be punctual, reliable, and well-organized

• Basic POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge is a plus
